I think you need to tell your wife mister...The truth shall set you free. A child is something that you CANNOT hide and trust me it's just a matter of time before your wife finds out because of the type of woman you interacted with. She sounds like she's out to destroy you, your world. How are you going to handle the delivery, will you be there? She's going to hit you up for child support, eventually your wife will find out, so I personally think it's better to tell her now! You have kept the secret long enough. Your wife might stay or she might leave, if she does leave...that's the consequences of an affair.
