Dogs aren’t ones to pull off being sneaky, and that was sure the case with Brett Favre, the Minnesota Vikings quarterback, and his “sexting” with Jenn Sterger, who works at the sports show “The Daily Line.” Allegedly, she received some very revealing images on her phone while she was working as a sideline reporter for the New York Jets in 2008. Favre has been sniffing where he doesn’t belong. He sent flirtatious texts and photos of his private parts to Sterger via text messaging. Supposedly happily married for 14 years to wife Deanna, one wonders what he was thinking. Did he think Sterger would keep it to herself and that the “cat” would never come out of the bag? Sterger, to her credit, is said to have rejected his advances. She has been quiet about the whole doggie debacle that is until she released the compromising voicemails and photos. There is currently an NFL investigation going on due to the alleged sexual harassment involving both parties. And, as this could be his final season with the NFL because of his talk of retirement, one wouldn’t think one would risk finishing off their career on this note. Or would they? Word is he has declined interviews with the NFL investigators, but the NFL security chief Milt Alherich will make a final attempt to obtain a statement to get Favre’s side of the story. They have been unsuccessful to get Sterger to make a statement and without her testimony the league may have to end its investigation. We pretty much know what a dog’s motive is in this matter, but what is Sterger’s motive in releasing the voicemails and pics to Deadspin.com? To get the attention allocated to Tiger Wood mistresses? One source said that she will be remembered as, "that girl who received pictures of Brett Favre's penis and kept them for two years." Gosh, what an honor. One source said that if Sterger was being harassed by Favre, then it would be a good idea to give the NFL her testimony. It has been said that although Sterger did not want the publicity form the story, she finally agreed to “go on the record with her tales of Favre’s creepy cell phone stalking.” Do you think Brett was going to retire from the NFL anyway and figured what the hell?
